## Description

Joods Actueel is an influential online platform and monthly magazine dedicated to providing comprehensive news, insights, and cultural context relevant to the Jewish community in Belgium and beyond. Established in 2007 as a successor to the Belgian Israelite Weekly, which dates back to 1954, Joods Actueel serves as the only Dutch-language Jewish publication in Belgium, reaching a vibrant audience primarily based in Antwerp and Brussels, home to approximately 50,000 Jews.

The magazine covers a broad array of topics, including current events, cultural discussions, and religious matters, while also exploring lifestyle elements such as book reviews, film, and music. With its growing distribution in the Netherlands, Joods Actueel is well-positioned to further engage with the Jewish populace. Subscribers benefit from special discounts and receive the magazine directly at their homes each month, making it a vital resource for fostering Jewish public opinion and connecting with a diverse audience. The integrity of its independent journalism ensures that each article reflects the magazine's core values while representing a variety of perspectives within the community.
