## Description

Josephine N.B. Valentin is a Danish author and writing enthusiast whose work and professional life revolve around books: writing, editing, sharing, exploring and teaching them. She made her debut in 2024 with For i dag er jeg uden dig, a young-adult novel featuring an angry female protagonist who may be more insecure and hurt than she first appears. Her website also presents other writing projects, including Jeg dater en anden nu, Pas de deux and Alle ønsker at regere verden.

Alongside her writing, Valentin works at Esbjerg Municipal Libraries and serves on the board of Skriveunderviser. She enjoys communicating about literature, teaching and talking with others about books and the craft of writing. Her work also connects with writing education for young people, including Brønderslev Forfatterskole, which appears among the projects and updates featured on her site. Valentin welcomes inquiries from people interested in creating something together, making her a potential contact for literary events, teaching or other collaborative activities related to books and writing.
