## Description

Journey is a workplace mental health company helping organizations support employees before challenges become crises. Its proactive approach combines early risk detection, everyday engagement, and timely access to care, offering an alternative to traditional employee assistance programs that typically respond only after employees seek help. Journey’s solutions include Journey Proactive EAP, Journey LIVE, and Mental Health Certification. The platform uses Journey Signal AI to identify potential needs from indicators such as mood changes, life events, and behavioral patterns, prompting digital or human outreach. Employees can access personalized content, resilience-building resources, and clinical support through integrations with tools including Teams, Slack, Zoom, email, and calendars, as well as Breakroom Apps and Journey Tablets for deskless workers. Journey connects employees with a global clinical network and reports availability in 190 countries and more than 100 languages. The company also provides organizations with reporting, guidance, and hands-on support to help manage programs and assess outcomes. Journey serves employers across industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, and professional services.
