## Description

Journey Concept is a relocation, moving, storage, and special transportation company operating since 2012. It serves private households, families, corporate clients, diplomats, military personnel, and businesses, providing tailored, end-to-end support for national and international moves. Its teams plan each relocation, pack and protect belongings, coordinate transport, and manage delivery, unpacking, and assembly at the destination. The company says its worldwide network of certified agents enables delivery to destinations around the globe.

Journey Concept also provides short- and long-term storage, including in-transit storage, with belongings kept in containers or lift-vans. Its facilities offer temperature-controlled conditions, while storage areas are monitored by video surveillance and alarms; secure safes are available for valuable items. Self-storage is offered at its Sintra location.

Specialist services include pet transport coordination, art packing and transportation, archive management with a digital organisation system, and transport insurance options arranged through partner insurers. For packing, the company uses materials suited to different items, including reinforced cartons, tissue paper, protective wrap, and custom-made wooden crates for artwork, antiques, and other valuable objects.
