## Description

Journey With Jen is a holistic wellness practice in Geelong, Victoria, offering women a calm, supportive space to rest, reconnect with themselves and nurture their wellbeing. Founded by Jen Tayler, a holistic counsellor, bodyworker, beauty therapist, yoga teacher and energy worker, the practice takes an integrated approach to the connections between mind, body, emotions and the nervous system. Its services include holistic counselling to build self-understanding and support meaningful personal change; mindful massage combining nurturing touch with mindful presence; massage-led holistic facials featuring active botanicals and intentional touch; and energy healing with sound to encourage rest and balance. Clients can also choose spacious packages that weave together different therapies. Journey With Jen aims to help women feel heard, held and supported, with sessions shaped around individual needs and intentions. The practice currently works exclusively with women and is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming. For those unsure which service to choose, Jen offers an intuitive journey to help find a suitable starting point.
