Jouw Kompass is the autism coaching practice of Jessica Schippers, a certified autism coach based in Zwolle-Stadshagen, offering in-person and online support. The practice helps people with autism find greater calm, structure, self-understanding and balance in everyday life. Its approach is tailored to each person’s needs, focusing not on perfection but on recognizing personal signals and understanding what supports wellbeing.

Clients can choose a programme focused on reducing stress and preventing overwhelm, or one addressing communication, connection and understanding in relationships. Flexible individual sessions are also available for working through personal questions and goals.
