## Description

The Public Service Department of Malaysia (JPA) is a government department based in Putrajaya that leads the development and management of the country’s public-service workforce. Guided by a vision of a high-performing, integrity-driven, dynamic and people-oriented public service, JPA works to advance human-resource development across government.

Its responsibilities and services cover public-service schemes and staffing, recruitment and service matters, organisational administration, salaries, allowances and benefits, pensions, scholarships and sponsorships, psychological services, and employee placement. The department also provides circulars and policy information, training and development resources through INTAN, and access to HRMIS and other online services. Its portal offers public announcements, procurement notices, publications, reports, research, strategic plans and media updates, alongside information for JPA employees.

JPA supports public-sector reform, including the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA), and shares information through its website and official social media channels. Visitors can use the portal to find service guidance, contact details, staff directories and feedback channels.
