Pešl began racing in cross-country events around 2004 before moving to rally in a Honda Civic. After earning silver in his class during his 2009 debut season, he progressed to a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX and established JP Motorsport in 2012. The team’s record includes second place in Class 3 in 2014 and fifth place in the class standings in 2015. The team’s approach centres on dedication, honest work, continual improvement and applying experience gained on and off the track.
