## Description

JREC, or the Japan Reflexologist Certification Organization, is dedicated to the promotion and development of reflexology and the training of qualified reflexologists since its establishment in August 1999. The organization conducts certification exams to provide licenses to individuals who acquire professional knowledge and skills in reflexology, along with ongoing support and development for registered practitioners.

Emphasizing a holistic approach to health, JREC not only focuses on reflexology but also offers training in related natural therapies, including taping and medicinal cuisine. Reflexology, defined as a therapy that employs the reflex actions of the feet to stimulate various parts of the body, aims to maintain the body's homeostasis and enhance overall well-being by reducing stress, improving circulation, and promoting detoxification.

JREC aims to empower reflexologists with comprehensive knowledge, enabling them to offer effective health advice and treatment tailored to individual needs, thus contributing to improved quality of life for clients.
