## Description

The Johnson Space Center Small Business Council (JSC SBC) is an organization that helps small businesses build stronger connections with Johnson Space Center, its procurement community, contractors, and the technical community. It provides a forum for communication and collaboration, with the goal of increasing the value and impact of small businesses working with JSC.

The Council offers networking events, conferences, and information resources for businesses seeking to engage with the space center and its partners. Its events bring small businesses and prime contractors together, and its calendar includes conferences, mixers, and other gatherings. The SBC also shares selected Sources Sought Notices and Requests for Information through its Opportunities section. These notices are brought to its attention periodically by the NASA/JSC Office of Small Business Programs and may relate to JSC or other NASA centers.

Businesses can explore membership, get involved, review opportunities, and learn about sponsorship. The Council also recognizes sponsors across several levels. Its activities are supported by an executive leadership team representing companies in the small-business community.
