JTL Training is a leading work-based learning provider in the building services engineering sector, catering to apprenticeships across England and Wales. Established in 1990, we are a not-for-profit charity that offers advanced apprenticeships in electrical installation, engineering maintenance, mechanical engineering services (including plumbing, heating, and ventilating), and more. With approximately 8,000 apprentices and 3,800 employers in four regions, JTL provides comprehensive training backed by contracts with the Education Skills Funding Agency and the Welsh Government.

Our funding is solely reinvested in apprenticeship training, ensuring the highest quality education. As we've evolved, JTL has expanded its offerings to include professional development training for industry professionals.
