## Description

JTP is an award-winning architecture, masterplanning and placemaking practice with studios in London and Bristol, UK. The firm works at every scale, from towns and neighbourhoods to streets, public spaces and individual buildings, creating new places and revitalising existing ones. Its services include masterplanning, regeneration, new towns and garden communities, community engagement, neighbourhood design, sustainable design, design codes and technical delivery.

JTP’s approach, known as Collaborative Placemaking, combines understanding local context, engaging with communities and shaping a shared vision. The practice uses place data and people’s insights to develop relevant, robust proposals, while balancing creative ambition with project viability and efficient building design. Its work aims to create distinctive places that support social and economic vitality, cultural life, nature recovery and low-carbon outcomes. JTP also prioritises healthy, walkable neighbourhoods, inclusion and long-term stewardship, with the goal of helping people feel they belong. The practice describes its workplace as diverse, inclusive and focused on sustainability, and highlights the contribution of its teams to its work.
