## Description

Hillerød Ju-Jutsu is a martial arts club based at Frederiksborgcentret in Hillerød, Denmark. The club offers ju-jutsu training for children and adults, welcoming both beginners and experienced participants. Its approach brings together self-defence, technique, combat practice, strength and flexibility, with ju-jutsu described as drawing on karate, judo and aikido. Training is presented as an opportunity to learn and develop in a safe, inclusive setting, where enjoyment, effort and a sense of community are central. Participants are encouraged to progress at their own pace, whether they are seeking to build practical self-defence skills or deepen their martial arts experience. The club invites prospective members to attend a free trial session, and visitors can simply show up without arranging a visit in advance. Hillerød Ju-Jutsu also lists club merchandise and equipment among its offerings. Training takes place in the martial arts corridor at Frederiksborgcentret, Milnersvej 39, 3400 Hillerød. The club welcomes people interested in trying ju-jutsu and joining its training community.
