## Description

Ju-Schin-Kai Karate Germany is a martial arts school based in Hirschaid-Sassanfahrt, serving people of different ages and experience levels. Run by Ju-Schin-Kai Karate e. V., the school offers training in karate, Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense, with an emphasis on safety, health, concentration, coordination and discipline. Children can join from age five, and classes are also available for adults and more advanced students. The school welcomes newcomers with a free, non-binding trial session.

Its karate draws on elements of Shotokan-Ryu, Shito-Ryu and Goju-Ryu, teaching a range of techniques and traditional as well as distinctive kata. Jiu-Jitsu training complements karate with skills intended to support defense against one or more attackers. Practical self-defense sessions focus on applying techniques in everyday situations, including the use of common objects and responses to attacks from challenging positions. Further topics include defense against armed opponents, weapons practice, pressure points and sport karate. Regular classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the dojo in the ASV Sportheim; training continues during school holidays, but not on public holidays.
