## Description

Judit Bau is a grief and loss support practice serving people in Girona and online. Founded by Judit Bau, an expert in grief processes and applied thanatology, the practice offers a human, respectful and sensitive approach to help people understand, navigate and integrate loss at their own pace. Support is available for many experiences, including the death of a loved one or companion animal, relationship separations, family or friendship ruptures, the loss of a twin, and other significant life changes.

Services include individual sessions, grief groups, support for families, and experiential talks and workshops. Individual accompaniment is tailored to each person’s needs and provides a safe space to express emotions, make sense of the experience and find ways to live with the loss. The approach also considers the needs of highly sensitive people and those with ADD or ADHD. Families can receive help with managing emotions and improving communication during difficult times. Judit Bau also shares guides, articles and self-care resources to support people between sessions.
