## Description

Judo Club Yawara Prague is a judo club serving children and families across Prague and the surrounding area. Led by experienced, high-level coaches, the club offers training at several locations: Anděl, Nové Butovice and Luka in Prague 5; Řepy in Prague 6; and Holešovice in Prague 7. Since September 2020, its affiliated branch, Yawara Bohemia, has also provided training for children in the Prague-West area.

The club introduces members to judo as a martial art while encouraging enjoyment of movement, coordination and self-confidence. It has a particular focus on competitive judo, with members taking part in competitions and training camps in the Czech Republic and abroad. According to the club, its judoka achieve strong tournament results and earn approximately 400 to 500 medals each year. Training is designed to allow children to join at any point during the year. The club also provides a training timetable and competition calendar, and prospective members can contact it by phone or download an enrollment form.
