## Description

Julia Pascale Klein offers holistic mentoring and self-care support for highly sensitive women who feel exhausted by constantly functioning and want to reconnect with themselves. Her work combines emotional depth, body-oriented and trauma-sensitive approaches, creativity, spirituality, and voice-based practices. Through this supportive work, clients are invited to listen to their bodies, express what they have been holding in, and build resources for challenging situations.

The PRESENCE & JOY program focuses on creative expression, presence, and recovery from exhaustion. It is available as an individual session or a three-month program, using holistic voice-therapeutic coaching and creative self-expression. Julia also offers sound healing, including one-to-one sound journeys, group Sound Baths in Melsbach near Neuwied, and sessions for events and retreats. Womb Healing and guidance on understanding and incorporating menstrual-cycle awareness are also part of her offerings, with cycle-related work presented as relevant even to women without a uterus or a physical cycle.
