## Description

Julia van der Schoor is a children’s and youth coach based in Zwolle, Netherlands, supporting children, young people and their parents through personal, emotional and everyday challenges. Drawing on five years of experience as a primary-school teacher and training as a children’s coach at the Academie voor Psychodynamica, Julia offers approachable, creative coaching tailored to each child. Her work encourages children to explore their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, strengthen their self-image and find ways to express boundaries and manage emotions.

Coaching may be relevant for concerns such as anxiety, insecurity, fear of failure, emotional outbursts, bullying, social difficulties, low motivation, concentration or learning challenges, family changes, grief and withdrawn behaviour. Julia values respect, trust, equality and attentive, non-judgmental listening. She considers the family environment as part of understanding and supporting a child, and is currently studying family constellations at the Instituut voor Systemisch Werken. Sessions are available at two practice locations in Zwolle, with appointments on weekdays and, by arrangement, on Saturdays or evenings.
