## Description

Julie Reid provides environmental project management focused on achieving positive environmental outcomes and strengthening the work of environmental organisations. Established in the industry in 1998, she coordinates planning, restoration, research and education projects from inception through to final reporting, working in both field and office settings. Her experience spans varied ecosystems and educational settings across the Far North Coast Bioregion, and her clients have included community organisations, private landowners and managers, government bodies and education providers.

Services include natural area restoration, addressing weed infestations and unsustainable land practices to help restore native vegetation and ecosystem resilience. Julie also designs and delivers environmental education for government, industry, media, educational institutions, community and school groups, and individuals, drawing on nineteen years of experience in the field.

A current project links neighbouring landowners at Jiggi to restore a riparian rainforest corridor and enhance high-conservation-value vegetation. Running from 2025 to 2028, the initiative includes weed control and planting, with a focus on eradicating Coral Tree.
