RacialJustUs, a division of Jump Street Coaching, is dedicated to creating actionable and meaningful racial change. Founded by André M. Brown in response to the tragedies of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor, RacialJustUs offers a unique coaching and education program called Coaching For Community.

This program is designed for Black allies and provides a personalized approach to anti-racism. André, an experienced and empathetic facilitator, combines his expertise as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach with his background in program development to help participants create lasting change. However, the impact of Coaching For Community goes beyond anti-racism.

It has expanded to embrace and appreciate the diverse differences in all people. With incredible flexibility and a focus on systematic change in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging space, RacialJustUs aims to empower individuals to become agents of change in their communities. Trust and connection are vital in personal and professional relationships, and RacialJustUs values both.
