## Description

JUNO Omakase is an intimate Japanese-Mexican dining experience in Notting Hill, London, located in a private six-seat room within Los Mochis. Guided by the omakase principle of trusting the chef, guests enjoy a seasonal menu created with fresh ingredients and inspired by Japanese culinary tradition and Mexican flavours. Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag curates the experience, with sushi chefs preparing each course in front of diners. The changing menu features raw and cooked fish and shellfish, combining inventive sushi with a distinctive fusion approach. A dedicated sommelier offers wine and sake pairings to complement the dishes; drinks can also be ordered separately. JUNO welcomes guests aged 14 and over and operates by reservation only, with sittings available Tuesday through Saturday. The menu is described as gluten-, nut- and celery-free, though the restaurant cannot accommodate other allergies, intolerances, or vegetarian and vegan diets. JUNO also offers gift cards and newsletter updates about reservation releases and curated experiences, making it a distinctive choice for a special meal.
