They offer evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) online, specifically designed for individuals with mild-to-moderate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Thanks to the generosity of Dr George Salmond, Just a Thought is a free service, ensuring equitable access to mental health support for all New Zealanders.
