The Yavapai Justice & Mental Health Coalition is a collaborative partnership of community members, leaders, and advocates dedicated to improving the intersection of justice and behavioral health. With a focus on addressing partnership and systems change, the coalition works to develop and implement strategies that lead to the long-term and sustainable involvement of community institutions, organizations, and individuals. They offer a wide range of resources and support for individuals facing mental health challenges within the justice system.

The coalition is comprised of an Advisory Council, including influential figures such as sheriff David Rhodes, chief of police Amy Bonney, and public defender Kennedy Klagge, among others. Together, they aim to provide enhanced collaborations, alternative solutions, and evidence-based practices that lead to better outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
