## Description

K-Rev is an Italian company founded in 2017 by Claudio Allievi to make continuous improvement part of everyday work. It helps organizations develop people and build a more shared, fair and growth-oriented culture by combining technology, consulting and training. Its K-Rev App brings feedback, objectives, competencies and development paths together in one platform, supported by a proprietary algorithm.

The platform helps organizations define goals, OKRs and competencies, structure performance reviews, and make feedback more continuous and contextual. Employees can better understand their growth, while managers and HR teams can connect observations to competencies and behaviors to support focused development and informed decisions. Organizations gain ongoing visibility into feedback, skills and alignment with objectives.

Alongside the app, K-Rev offers consulting, coaching and training to support implementation and adoption. Its approach aims to make improvement more structured, traceable and data-driven, connecting individual development with organizational processes. K-Rev also shares HR technology and people-management insights through its online resources and blog.
