## Description

K-Star Thai Boxing is a Birmingham-based Muay Thai academy offering training across the West Midlands. The organisation describes itself as the region’s leading Thai boxing academy and operates dedicated facilities serving City Centre, Perry Barr, Sheldon, Quinton and nearby areas. Its classes welcome children and adults, with options for different ages, experience levels and fitness abilities.

Members can choose children’s classes, regular adult beginner sessions, or advanced training for experienced students and competitive fighters. Classes teach Muay Thai, a striking sport that combines boxing with kicks, knee and elbow strikes, and clinching techniques. The academy presents this training as a way to improve fitness, learn self-defence, build skills and enjoy exercise in a supportive group setting. For aspiring competitors, advanced classes provide preparation for fighting; K-Star says its training system has produced English, British and world champions.

With hundreds of classes available, K-Star aims to accommodate people pursuing general fitness as well as those with competitive ambitions.
