The foundation conducts research and development across four related areas: maritime transport and logistics; water quality and environmental management; digital innovation; and strategic consulting and analysis. Its work includes port development strategies, cargo-flow optimisation, feasibility studies, environmental and socioeconomic assessments, and data-informed recommendations for public policy.
