## Description

K9 Tenerife is a dedicated Spanish registered charity established in 1993, focusing on the rescue and rehoming of abandoned animals in the South of Tenerife. Operated entirely by volunteers, this compassionate organization works tirelessly to protect dogs and cats from cruelty, starvation, and neglect. They provide shelter for a variety of animals, managing a kennel that can house up to 60 dogs and a cattery designed for cats and kittens. K9 Tenerife's mission extends beyond rescue; they strive to control overpopulation through spaying and neutering efforts.

The organization relies solely on donations and sponsorships from the public since they do not receive government funding. Volunteers play a critical role, from dog walking to fundraising activities. With ongoing support, K9 Tenerife continues to enhance its facilities and care for animals in need. They offer opportunities for the community to get involved, aiming to make a significant impact on the lives of local animals. Your support can help K9 Tenerife strive towards a brighter future for these deserving pets.
