Kærgården Islænder is an Icelandic horse centre in the scenic Thise hills, between Brønderslev and Saltum, Denmark. The family-run farm brings together a riding school, stud and training stable, offering services for riders and horse owners at different stages of experience. Its facilities and activities include horse boarding, riding lessons for all levels on the farm’s horses or riders’ own horses, trail rides, horse training and starting young horses under saddle. The stud focuses on Icelandic horses and features breeding mares and a stallion, with horses also offered for sale or commission.

The riding school and training stable are run by Kathrine, a qualified B-level instructor, active competition rider and judge, together with a helper. The wider family is involved in farm and horse life. Kærgården is also home to the Icelandic horse club Gári, hosting events such as competitions, courses and talks. Located at Langbrovej 65 in Brønderslev, the centre welcomes visitors and horse enthusiasts seeking instruction, riding experiences or equestrian services.
