## Description

Kameyama Terrace 360° is a scenic visitor destination at the summit of Mount Kameyama on Kesennuma Oshima, Miyagi Prefecture. At 235 metres above sea level, the island’s peak offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, the calm inner bay and its oyster rafts, the ria coastline, and Kesennuma’s fishing port. In early summer, visitors may also see sea fog drifting over the surrounding waters, creating a cloud-sea effect.

Four distinct terraces provide different perspectives: the Main Terrace overlooks the bay and port, while Sora, Umi, and Hoshi terraces offer views of the island’s slopes, coastline, and open ocean. Together, the terraces have 50 seats. A café stand sells drinks and frozen desserts, including coffee, soft serve, sodas, and shakes, with takeout available for the terrace seating.

Visitors can reach the summit from the parking area on an accessible slope car that takes about seven minutes and accommodates wheelchairs and strollers. The site also provides visitor information, operating schedules, access guidance, and parking details.
