# Kampsportens - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `kampsporten.se` ## Description Kampsportens Hus in Kristinehamn is a community-based training centre bringing together several sports clubs in a friendly, inclusive setting. The organisation is entirely run by its member associations, and its instructors volunteer their time to help participants enjoy training and develop at their own pace. Activities cater to different ages and abilities, with opportunities to try a class. The centre offers martial arts and fitness training through Kyokushin Karate-Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Ju-Jutsu Kai self-defence, and Puls group exercise. Karate classes include sessions for children, young people, beginners and graded practitioners. BJJ focuses mainly on ground fighting, while Ju-Jutsu Kai teaches practical self-defence. The fitness programme includes classes such as HIIT, LIIT, strength circuits, kettlebell training, TRX, Core, Kick n’box, Zumba Fitness, yoga and Soma Move, along with sessions for seniors and juniors. Training takes place in a main hall, a dojo and a gym, with gym access available to complement workouts.
