## Description

Canaan-sama wa Aku made Choroi is a Japanese television anime based on nonco’s manga, serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. The series follows Canaan, a beautiful demon who comes to the human world to consume young souls. Her plans take an unexpected turn when she enters a relationship contract with high school student Yoji Kugi, and her first experience of love leads to awkward, lively romantic comedy. The story features a colorful cast of students, demons, and school staff, with themes of first love, humor, and supernatural mischief.

The anime is produced by Studio KAI, with King Records handling music production. Its official website provides news, broadcast and streaming information, story and character introductions, staff and cast details, trailers, and other promotional videos, including voice dramas. The site also features information about the anime’s music and Blu-ray releases, and directs visitors to the original comics. A second season has been announced, extending the franchise’s offerings beyond its initial television series.
