## Description

Kankaanpään Kivi is a Finnish stone workshop based in Kankaanpää, serving customers across North Satakunta, including Pori, as well as Kauhajoki. The workshop’s history dates back to 1949, and its current work is led by a trained stone artisan and sculptor with 13 years of experience in the stone industry.

The brand specialises in individually designed, handcrafted gravestones, created to reflect each customer’s wishes. Its services include planning and making new memorials, adding names and other engravings to existing stones, and carrying out gravestone straightening, maintenance and restoration. The workshop also produces unique stone sculptures and other custom stonework. Additional offerings include nameplates, gilding and silvering, bronze lettering and decorative details.

Kankaanpään Kivi discusses design choices with customers and can use their images or sketches as a starting point for commissioned work. It also supplies domestic bronze products and cast brass letters from Paasikivi Oy, including ornaments, lantern frames and memorial plaques.
