## Description

Kanon Artists Ltd. is a Canadian organization that connects performing artists with venues, bringing a diverse roster of ensembles and musicians to audiences. Its tagline, “The shortest distance between artists and venues,” reflects its focus on making these connections. The roster includes the Penderecki String Quartet, Quartetto Gelato, Duo Concertante, Joyride, Concerts, The Zodiac Trio, Payadora Ensemble, Francine Kay, SHHH!! Ensemble, Tom Allen, and Blackwood Schmaltz & Pepper. Together, these artists and groups represent a range of musical and performance offerings, from string quartets and chamber ensembles to distinctive group projects and individual performers. Venues and other interested parties can contact Kanon Artists directly to inquire about its roster. Based in Oakville, Ontario, the organization lists a local address, telephone number, and email for inquiries. Kanon Artists also acknowledges support from the Canada Council for the Arts, recognizing the council’s contribution to its work. For venues seeking artists and audiences looking for performances, Kanon Artists provides a direct point of connection to its represented roster.
