The Kapor Center is a brand encompassing a family of justice-seeking organizations dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable technology sector. Committed to enhancing racial justice in tech, the Kapor Foundation conducts research, develops programs, and shapes policy. They work to provide transformative STEM experiences for students of color through SMASH.

Kapor Capital, another initiative, invests in early-stage startups that aim to close gaps of access for all. Additionally, Kapor Initiatives pilot and scale new solutions, programs, and initiatives.
