## Description

The Korean Association for Policy Studies (KAPS) is a professional academic association that brings together experts to examine public policy and address social challenges through research and discussion. Its activities connect policy scholars, practitioners, and institutions, fostering the exchange of ideas on governance, public administration, regulation, and emerging policy issues.

KAPS organizes academic conferences, seminars, and other events, and provides information about participation and schedules. It publishes the Korean Journal of Policy Studies, recognized as an excellent accredited journal by Korea’s National Research Foundation since 2018, as well as the English-language International Journal of Policy Studies. Members and researchers can access submission and review guidance, conference papers, seminar materials, an e-policy magazine, and resources on regulation and ESG policy.

The association also offers membership services, including registration, member information, and guidance on dues. Its website shares notices, professional opportunities, institutional news, and updates about members, while its social media channels provide additional news and content. Through these publications and programs, KAPS supports policy research and professional exchange in Korea.
