## Description

Saša Karanović is a Toronto-based electronics engineer and hardware and firmware developer who shares practical electronics projects, designs, and tutorials. Through his website, he documents how he builds and improves devices, with a focus on useful solutions for home labs, computers, 3D printing, and connected-home setups. His projects include OpenFAN, a PC fan controller with custom profiles, sensor expansion headers, remote access, and a software API; OpenFAN Micro, designed for compact and passive computing devices; and OpenSENSE and OpenLED, ambient sensor and LED controller projects intended for use with Home Assistant and ESPHome. He also explores tools such as a Wi-Fi-enabled 3D-printing filament diameter sensor and a MAC address sniffer, alongside DIY guides for filament storage and computer peripherals. Karanović publishes project write-ups and videos, often presenting designs as open-source or open-hardware resources. His web shop offers products including the OpenFAN controller and other project-related items. The site also features engineering notes, such as a DigiKey bill-of-materials assistant, reflecting his interest in automating electronics workflows and avoiding costly component errors.
