## Description

Karaté Club Cabasse (KCC) is a martial arts and fitness club based in Cabasse, in France’s Var department. It offers traditional and sports karate, full-contact boxing, self-defence and physical conditioning for children and adults, with classes arranged by age and experience level. Children can start with Baby Karate from age four, where playful activities help develop motor skills, coordination, memory and concentration. Older children and teenagers can attend karate and full-contact classes focused on agility, confidence, speed and resistance. Adult karate classes welcome different abilities and interests, including wellbeing, flexibility, fitness, self-defence and competition training.
