## Description

Karate St-Jean, led by Sensei Mario Poupart, is a karate school in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu offering So-Kyokushin training in a welcoming, respectful and energetic environment. Its classes are open to children from age five, teenagers and adults, with advanced courses available for experienced students. A free trial class is available, and online registration allows individuals or families to sign up. The school also highlights benefits such as improved fitness, coordination, balance, flexibility and concentration, as well as greater confidence, self-control and respect for others.
