With a pair of headphones on, follow Trijn's journey from the Grote Kerk to the very place where it all began. Along the way, encounter contemporary Alkmaar women who share similarities with Trijn, each discovering their own voice. Explore iconic Alkmaar locations such as the stadhuis, the Mient, the Waag, and the Victoriepark, all serving as the musical backdrop to the captivating stories unveiled by TRIJN. This experiential production, filled with sound art by Fedde & de Carvalho, promises to provide a fresh, current, and musically immersive insight into the female perspective of a society shaped by the Alkmaars Ontzet. TRIJN is a collaboration between Fedde & de Carvalho, winners of the Victorie cultuurprijs, and renowned organizations such as the Vest, the Grote Kerk, and Karavaan.
