## Description

Kartlık is a Turkish smart card campaign assistant that helps consumers identify the credit card offering the greatest benefit for a planned purchase. It brings publicly available promotions from major banks into one place and compares rewards, discounts, installment options and campaign conditions, presenting the estimated value as a clear net amount in Turkish lira. Users select their card programs, enter a store and spending amount, then receive a ranked recommendation before paying. Supported programs include Bonus, World, Maximum, Axess, Bankkart and CardFinans, as well as some co-branded cards.

The service also tracks more than 1,000 campaigns, provides reminders before offers expire and lets users copy SMS participation codes. Additional tools include live exchange rates and gold prices, plus loan and deposit calculators. Kartlık says it does not request card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes or passwords, and filters recommendations according to applicable installment regulations. Available through mobile apps and a web experience, it is described as free, subscription-free and open source, with recent campaign data stored locally for offline calculations.
