## Description

The National Revenue Administration (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa, KAS) is Poland’s public administration service operating under the Ministry of Finance. It brings together responsibilities for collecting taxes and customs duties, registering taxpayers, supporting tax compliance and carrying out administrative enforcement. Its Customs and Fiscal Service also works to detect and investigate fiscal offences, including tax fraud and illegal trade.

KAS provides information and practical services for individuals, businesses and public institutions.
