# Katzenschutzbund eV Wuppertal - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `katzenschutzbund-wuppertal.de` ## Description The Katzenschutzbund Wuppertal e.V. is a dedicated animal welfare organization focused on addressing the plight of stray and abandoned cats in Wuppertal and its surrounding areas. Established in 1998, this non-profit charity offers a range of services including the capturing, care, and rehabilitation of stray and injured felines, as well as their eventual rehoming. The organization has a particular emphasis on the importance of neutering to control the population of feral cats, which is critical given the staggering number of over 10,000 such animals in the region. Katzenschutzbund Wuppertal not only facilitates the placement of rescued cats into loving homes but also provides comprehensive guidance to potential cat owners on responsible pet ownership, including vaccination and health care recommendations. Their commitment to educating the public on the urgent need for humane treatment of animals is at the forefront of their mission. The organization encourages community involvement and accepts donations to support their vital work in ensuring the welfare of these innocent animals. ## Industries - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Animals _(under Pets and Animals)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/wuppertal.katzenschutzbund) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3_uUtX6g/w/768/h/157/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1741689212680) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3_uUtX6g/w/373/h/373/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1741689212832) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Paprika | #940030 | accent | | Catalina Blue | #042e82 | dark | | Gallery | #efefef | light | ## Fonts - Lato — asset _(google)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
