# Kaupunginpuutarhurien Seura - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `kaupunginpuutarhurienseura.fi` ## Description Kaupunginpuutarhurien Seura ry is a Finnish non-profit association founded in 1935 to promote greener living environments, Finnish landscape and garden culture, and appreciation of the green-sector professions. It brings together people and organisations working with urban green spaces and contributes to the development of the sector in Finland and internationally. The association organises training events, meetings and study trips, and takes an active part in research and other sector development. Its educational programme includes webinars on topics such as green-area safety, meadows, urban trees and future urban greenery, as well as summer lecture days. The association also shares information with its members through membership services, applications and member newsletters. One of its significant contributions is a nationwide, unified classification system for the use and maintenance of green areas. Municipalities use this framework to plan green-space maintenance; it also supports comparable statistics and helps monitor and guide costs. Kaupunginpuutarhurien Seura is a member association of Viherympäristöliitto ry and collaborates with green-sector organisations in Nordic, Baltic and Central European countries. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🪴 Home and Garden - 🪴 Gardening _(under Home and Garden)_ - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Environmental Science _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/kaupunginpuutarhurienseura) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idUt4EF1BU/w/260/h/75/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793260142415) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idUt4EF1BU/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793260142576) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Citron | #95c120 | accent | | Elm | #198184 | dark | | Havelock Blue | #5893e3 | light | ## Fonts - Cabin — asset _(google)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
