## Description

Kay Holdsworth is the driving force behind Create Yourself, a brand that offers a wide range of tools, activities, and practices for self-discovery, transformation, and change. With a focus on empowering women to find their purpose and make their creative dreams a reality, Create Yourself provides counseling and coaching services to help individuals overcome fear, self-doubt, and overwhelm. As the founder of Create Yourself, Kay's passion for self-development and well-being spans over two decades. Her journey began with a fortuitous encounter with a book called Follow Your Heart, which ignited her interest in the field. She soon transitioned from a self-help enthusiast to a certified life coach, propelled by her desire to turn her passion into a career. Kay's path hasn't always been smooth, as she learned valuable lessons along the way. From starting her own coaching business without fully equipping herself to venturing into ventures that weren't aligned with her true self, she gained insights that ultimately led her to create a niche in well-being delivery. Today, Kay continues to expand Create Yourself, sharing her expertise through her blog/podcast and offering counseling and coaching services to guide others on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. With her wealth of experience and dedication to empowering individuals, Kay is committed to helping you find your own path and live a life that reflects your true essence.
