## Description

The Kenya Climate Change Working Group (KCCWG) is a national network established in April 2009, uniting diverse civil society organizations and donor partners to tackle the pressing challenges of climate change affecting Kenya and beyond. This collaborative forum is dedicated to representing the voices of the most vulnerable communities impacted by climate change. KCCWG emphasizes the importance of advocacy and synergy in climate response actions, striving to influence national policies that promote climate justice.

The organization works to empower local communities by enhancing their capacities to implement climate adaptation projects, thereby reducing vulnerability. KCCWG facilitates meaningful participation in local, national, and international climate discussions, ensuring that the perspectives of civil society and the government are integrated into climate strategies. With a dedicated team of specialists, KCCWG is committed to promoting transparency, collaboration, and a respect for human dignity in its mission to foster sustainable livelihoods amidst a changing climate. For inquiries, reach out to KCCWG at info@kccwg.org or visit their offices in Nairobi.
