KC Wallberg is a well-merited chef and food entrepreneur with a passion for simplicity in cooking. With a background in culinary and gastronomic sciences, as well as sommelier education, KC has made a name for himself in the international food industry. From heading a sommelier team in Norway to working with renowned chefs in New York, KC has gained a wealth of experience and expertise.
In 2008, KC took over Restauration Gubbhyllan at Skansen in Stockholm, emphasizing a philosophy of avoiding additives and prefabrication in food. Organic and certified ingredients take center stage, and everything from bread to pastry is made in-house. KC has also expanded his reach to three historic boats, offering natural and additive-free cuisine to passengers.
KC's commitment to sustainable and healthy food extends beyond the kitchen. He has written several books and collaborated with experts in health and lifestyle, promoting mindful eating and well-being. KC is now embarking on a new project called Gastronoma - House of Gastronomy, aiming to provide education, workshops, and seminars on food and wine at an affordable rate.
