Koperasi Dagang Emas (KDE) is a cooperative established in 2010 in Penang, Malaysia, with the aim of safeguarding the welfare and economic interests of the employees and distributors of Public Gold group. The functions of KDE include engaging in activities related to consumerism, such as buying and selling gold dinars, as well as providing services like ar-rahnu and physical gold savings. Additionally, the cooperative focuses on member welfare, education, and business.

KDE is also involved in various beneficial activities, subject to approval from the general representative meeting. To support its activities, KDE can raise capital through the collection of shares, deposits, loans, or special savings from its members, as well as deposits or loans from non-members with the permission of the Commission, according to relevant laws and regulations.
