## Description

Kuppy’s Event Driven Monitor (KEDM) is a research and insights platform for hedge funds, investment managers, and sophisticated traders seeking event-driven investment opportunities. Its analysts track corporate developments and consolidate notable events into weekly reports, helping subscribers spend less time gathering information and more time evaluating ideas. Coverage includes spinoffs, insider buying, CEO turnover, activist campaigns, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, SPACs, tender offers, bankruptcy situations, and other special situations. KEDM also provides more than 25 monitors, weekly commentary on global macro themes, and research highlighting potentially actionable events and trends. Subscribers can join a private Discord community of buyside investors to exchange insights and discuss strategies, as well as attend live, interactive webcasts hosted by Harris “Kuppy” Kupperman with special guests. For readers seeking a free introduction, KEDM offers a weekly email newsletter, The Monday Monitor, featuring an event of the week, a concise research note, a chart, and selected commentary from other sources. Together, these resources are designed to help investors identify developments that may generate alpha.
