## Description

KEEN is a Zurich-based Active Recovery Club that brings together science-led wellness and immersive experiences to help people pause, reset, and recharge. Its approach combines sauna, cold-water immersion, and breathwork in a welcoming community setting, supporting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Guests can choose 60-minute guided classes led by experienced coaches or self-led solo journeys with access to saunas, cold plunges, and recovery equipment, including massage guns and compression boots. Guided sessions are designed around goals such as peak performance or sleep quality. KEEN also hosts weekend Socials, transforming its sauna into a gathering space featuring live DJs, brands, and local communities.

The club offers different sauna environments, from infrared and steam at 50°C to Finnish sauna at 90°C, and presents its practices as carefully curated experiences informed by science and ancient wisdom. Sensory elements such as sound, light, and scent complement sessions, while professional coaches help create a supportive and safe environment.
