## Description

Keepsake Educational Services (KES) provides neuro-affirming educational and therapeutic support for learners and caregivers across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. Founded by Clinical Director Amelia Hone, KES is grounded in the belief that support should adapt to people’s lives and recognize each individual’s strengths, identity, communication style, and autonomy. Its services include ABA therapy, assessment and diagnosis, caregiver coaching, academic support, respite, counselling, psychology oversight, and occupational therapy. KES uses evidence-based, compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approaches, with client-led, play-based ABA focused on meaningful skills and positive behaviour change. Support is available in homes, schools, communities, and home daycare settings, as well as virtually across Ontario. In-person services cover Ottawa, the Ottawa Valley, Mississippi Mills, Lanark County, and Kingston. By bringing care into everyday environments, KES aims to reduce barriers and help learners practise skills where they are needed. The organization is an Ontario Autism Program-eligible provider, and psychology oversight may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance plans.
